Bottle from Appellation Wines. Very light gusher, yeast around the rim of the bottle. Pours pretty clear yellow gold though, with a nice white head. Aromas of lemon sour, wood, faint white wine. Taste has some light jasmine notes, quite subtle, nice funky sour and more wood. Light body, dry finish.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - very light gusher, perhaps the hot weather. Cloudy yellow with a neat, snow white head. Nose - the tea is faint, the main notes being funk and wood. Taste - lightly floral, possibly tea, with lemon undertone. Mainly funky wood again. Palate - light bodied, but long persistent, sour finish. Overall - good, even though the tea side was a bit subtle.
