Bottle from Appellation Wines. Cheers Ash! Pours hazy pale yellow with a huge white head. Pretty high carbonation. Aromas of lemon and salt. Taste is light lager vibes, light lemon, faint salt. Prickly carbonation.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - pale yellow with a light haze. Big fluffy white head. Possibly even a bit lively. Nose - candied lemon and sea salt. Quite yeasty. Taste - lemony, yeasty and just a pinch of salt this time. Reminds a little of Saison style. Palate - light bodied, tangy middle and finish. Overall - not sure about how this beer is defined on the label. If it's an ale then does that not exclude it from being a keller/pilsner? Also it seemed to remind a bit of a Saison. Not sure about this one - most of their others have been on the money too.
