On tap at Biercab. Pours red brown. Raspberry, cherry, strong balsamic, bit of parmesan, biscuit, apple cider vinegar, sweet red fruit, such sour complexity. Nice body. Good. Very good.

Tap at Bungalow Teramachi. Deep ruddy brown with a pungeant woodsy adverbial berry nose. Full bodied with an acidic nutty berry flavor with fig notes and a sharply dry finish that cuts you. Man this is drinkable but with that high abv dangerously so. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap @ Moeder Lambic Fontainas. I’m guessing this is the 2016 version as it is on tap, but I really don’t know. Aroma is hazy red brown with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, tart fruit and wood. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 120418

Bottle from Beers'n'more. Pours cloudy amber. Aroma is acetone, rust, funk. Body is heavy and strong, acidic and funky. Still acetonic, but the newer releases become less and less of this. Highly enjoyable!

Bottle, thanks anstei! Hazy amber color with soapy white head. Aroma is aceton, woody, rather aggressive balsamic. Taste is woody, earthy, leathery, not so fruity and unfortunately quite some acetone. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. A touch too much acetone, or too young. Still nice enough! 7-4-7-3-15 Bottle, many thanks Claude, one year later - still acetone, but feels more standardly ASBC. Very well-balanced sourness, very drinkable. 8-4-7-4-15

Thanks for sharing Kraddel + tderoeck +Friends. Sampled 750 ml. bottle @ Vini, Birre, Ribelli 2017. Dark red amber orange, little head. Nose is prime Bon-Chien vinegar, balsamic wood but also large surprising amount of red grape. Taste is lovely oak, vinegar, almost glue, very potent sour Bon-Chien but with great red grape, low red berries profile, puckering but not the most puckering one of the series still some jammy malt. I love this series, I loved this one, hope to try it on draft at some point since I seem to like these even more on draft.

Cask at Moeder Lambic. It pours cloud deep red with a bubbly beige head. The aroma is rich, tart, tangy, sour, red wine vinegar, jammy berry, oak, vanilla, bakewell tart, vinous action and vimto. The taste is tart, tangy, acidic, red wine vinegar, very jammy, juicy cherry, cherryade, wet wood, earthy, funky, musty, earth with a drying and tangy finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Pretty flavoursome, but red wine vinegar is too big of a part if this beer. Decent stuff anyhow.
