Tap at Het Lager Heys, Amsterdam, 6th June 2022. Pours a clear golden. Aroma is funky, tart fruits. Taste is bright and refreshing, clean, funk, barnyard. Really good

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden. It opens like a bottle of Champagne. Steady bubbles even after the head has receded. Nose - wood, funk and with light red fruit and an edge of orange too. Taste - funky and toasty oak, coconut and orange. Palate - medium bodied at least. Long sour texture going through the middle into the dry, lean, sour finish Overall - yeah, lovely beer.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours hazy golden with a thin white head. Aromas of light spice, light oak, malt, red fruit. Taste is woody, chewy, but dry at the end. Good.
