Our experiment into the crazy world of Nordic yeast brought us this IPA. Fermenting with Kviek yeast has created an alternative to our Standard NEIPA. Using Bru1, Simcoe and Mosaic creates this clean IPA with overtones of pineapple and tropical fruits.

Rocky frothy white head on a hazy vivid light gold body. Hoppy & mango aroma. Medium bodied, tingly with a smooth back. Mango, pineapple, nectarine & hoppy tastes with a big fruity finish. Tasty

Can from Appellation Wines, cheers Ash! Pours hazy lemon yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of mango and pineapple. Taste is tropical fruit and peach. Fruity finish.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy yellow to orange. Off white fluffy head. Nose - pineapple and orange. Taste - orange, mango and pineapple again. Palate - tangy and creamy at the same time. Decent linger and close to medium bodied. Overall - good.
