Cask (gravity) @ 33th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2016, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Kissingate Smoked Out ].Clear medium balck brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, burnt, chocolate, smoke. Initial flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, finish flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, roasted, smoke. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161130] 7-3-7-3-15
