9/6/2021. Cask at the Tombstone Saloon, Great Yarmouth. Pours clear pale amber with minimal head. Aroma of caramel, malt, citrus, grapefruit, biscuit, grass. Moderate sweetness, bitterness and body. Soft carbonation. Easy drinking session ale.

Cask (gravity) @ 33th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2016, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Tombstone Ale ].ABV: 3.7%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grain, sweet malt, light hoppy, citrus, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt ,sugary, pale malt, fruit - citrus notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161130] 5-3-5-3-10
