Cask at the 35th Luton Beer and Cider Festival. Pours cloudy dull yellow gold with no head. Aroma of semi-sour apples, caramel, light spice. Medium sweetness, light butter and sour, touch salty. Moderate body, slight oily texture, flat carbonation. Sour clove finish.

Cask @ Luton Beer & Cider Festival. Cloudy yellow without head. Aroma is sweet apples, red apples and tart. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Sweet and light acidic finish. 160218
