Cask at the St Albans Beer festival 2019. A light hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a a loose halo of white head. Aroma is dry, woody, plastic hockey puck, pithy apple, bark. Flavour is composed of crisp, tangy, pithy apple, mealy, gtainy. Palate is light tang, wood, moderate carbonation, pithy finish.

Cask at the 35th Luton Beer and Cider Festival. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet apple juice with very light caramel. Towards heavy sweetness, very light sour. Moderate body, slight sticky texture, very soft carbonation.

Cask @ Luton Beer & Cider Festival. Cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet apples and apple juice. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. Essentially apple juice. 160218

Cask @ 35th Luton Beer & Cider Festival. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are apples, sulphur, fruits and has a nice medium sweet finish.
