An ale so light and revitalizing it’s barely an ale; purists may be shocked to know Steam is actually brewed using lager yeast, and its fruity flavours almost make it a shandy. Adding German Perle hops to the more exotic Azacca variety (named after the Haitian god of farms, fields and combine harvesters) yields a ruthlessly efficient beer with a tropical lilt.
