bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma nocciola media grana evanescente, colore nero, al naso caffè malto tostato caramello cacao leggero vaglia, in bocca caffè cioccolato fondente e un bel finale piccante, corpo medio, watery, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro moderato. Al naso arrivano caratteristiche di caffè e di cioccolato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma va in rapida dispersione. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con qualche bollicina media. Poche bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage, con carbonazione persistente. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, cioccolato, caffè, frutta secca, agrumi, peperoncino ed erbe aromatiche.
