Taste starts with mild sweet toasted malt, leather and ash, following is woody, slightly vinous and grassy, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is mild bitter. Medium body, slick texture and soft carbonation in palate. Not that bad, but surprisingly not sweet at all…

Il gusto al naso è fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una discreta resistenza. La grandezza delle bollicine è fine. L'aspetto del liquido è nuvoloso, attraversato da bollicine fini. La carbonazione è abbondante, durevole ed insistita. Il colore è ambrato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è medio. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono lunghe e luppolate. Il finale è lungo e secco. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma riporta sentori di caramello, miele, frutta secca, resina e pino.
