12/4/2019. Cask gravity at the Hull Real Ale & Cider Festival 2019. Pours clear golden colour with a bubbly/fluffy white head. Aroma of hops, citrus fruit, malt, veg and lemon zest. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, soft combination.

Cask (gravity) @ 33th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2016, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Yorkshire Brewing Oregon Gold ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, fruity hops, pale malt, sweet malt, spicy notes - (coriander). Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161130] 6-2-7-3-13

Cask-conditioned at the Woolpack, York 20/1/2017. Golden in colour, with a tight, off-white, head. Stone and lemon fruits, hay, some biscuity malts and citrus hops before a moderately bitter finish. Good.
