Then You Roast the Mallow is an imperial stout brewed with a touch of lactose in the kettle and boiled for multiple hours. Post fermentation we steeped the finished beer on graham crackers, marshmallow and cocoa nibs which lend to the overall sweetness, but impart flavors of baker's chocolate and roasted liquid marshmallow. Drinking this beer reminds us of backyard baseball games, summertime pool visits, and Benny the Jet Rodriguez

Can 473ml @ Sommerhuset
Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, vanilla, cocoa, caramel and brown sugar. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and light to medium bitter with a long warm, chocolate, cocoa, vanilla and brown sugar finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Can. Pours opaque black, small brown head, some lacing. Aroma is weird, roast, espresso, sharp, odd. Flavor is merlin sweet. Medium bitter, sharp. Other than cocoa, none ofc the adjuncts are recognizable. Meh
