The Emelisse Eisbock - Mexicake Edition is a delightfully rich chocolate stout with notes of cinnamon, vanilla and a hint of cocoa. A characteristically soft and typically alcohol-warming mouthfeel prevails in this new variant, after which a subtle peppery tingle finally pushes this mouthfeel to the background. The freeze-distilling process of this Mexicake has resulted in a layered Eisbock, with an alcohol percentage of 16,0%.

deep dark brown colour, minimal beige lacing; aroma of dark chocolate or rather dark chocolate liqueur, burnt sugar, anise and some vanilla; taste of syrupy sweetness, hot chocolate, intensive chili pepper, vanilla and alcoholic spiciness; extremely syrupy and 'dense'; not too easy to drink but still very good ja, és azt mondtam már, hogy baszd meg Putyin, te kibaszott idióta?!?
