8/8/2025. Cask at GBBF 2025. Great pour. Coffee, caramel, chocolate, dark fruit, ashy, charcoal aroma. Sweet molasses taste. Ashy and roasted. Sticky. Good.

Cask at GBBF 25. Opaque dark brown. Thick foamy beige head. Aroma has berries with a sweet edge and underlying coffee. Flavourwise it's more restrained. Berries and cream. Molasses. Weak coffee bitterness into the finish. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. A beer that looses traction.

Cask @ the brewery. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt, licorice, hops, chocolate and has a nice roasty caramel finish.
