Cask at Pig's Ear Beer Festival 2016, Hackney, London. An orange/brown coloured pour with a small off white head on top. Malty, caramel, rye aroma. Tastes malty, caramel, rye, orange with a slight sweetness. Quite pleasant.

[ As Tap East Red Rye ].Clear medium red brown colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, rye, moderate hoppy, marmalade hops, sweet hops. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, marmalade, marmalade hops, rye, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161130] 6-3-5-3-10
