Cirrus The Cloudy Lager är en ofiltrerad torrhumlad lager, som ger en len känsla med en behaglig bitterhet. Med ekologisk malt och humle, såsom Palisade, Cascade och Hallertau Tradition, får brygden en aromatisk ton av fruktig citrus och grapefrukt. Detta toppas av med en härlig skumkrona som är vit och fluffig likt molnen på himlen.

Cloudy stimmt schonmal, in der Nase zudem Heu, Getreide. Im Trunk recht wässrig, dann leicht getreidig, feinbitter. Leicht cremig. Könnte weniger gefällig sein, etwas mehr crispy.

Golden with a white head - Malt and hints of citrus in the aroma - Malt body with some citrus flavours with bitterness in the flavour - Malt and citrus hop bitterness goes into the finish - This was nice

DØE. Clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. A bit thin. 180517

Bottle 330ml. @ [ DØE - Ølfestival København 2017 ] @ Lokomotivværkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Brutal Brewing Cirrus ].Clear medium orange colour with a small, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, pale malt, citrus, biscuit malt, light floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. 330ml bottle bought from djoeye. Misty yellow-gold body. Two-finger sized, snow white head that stayed well for quite a while. Slightly ripe citrus nose. Mid-sweet fruity flavours with twist of herbal hops. Rounded, semi-dry bittersweet end. Quite alright (Tromsø 18.01.2017).

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a very cloudy golden with tiny impurities and hardly any head at all. Nose is malty, vague note of citrus. Dry and yeasty, a slight late tartness. Some decent vittering hops late. Overall decent. 151116
