Bottle 66 cl. Pours an opaqueblack with a light brown head. Sweet roast aroma with a very solid coffee note included. Rich, malty, roasty body - again with distinct coffee. The booze is pretty prominent. Could this perhaps have been made with a Lager yeast? But generally pretty solid, 230818

bottle from voldby. pitch black, nice creamy brown head. wow coffee aroma in this one is string. coffe is hard roasted, some coffee grind too, hard roasted malts on top of that. wood and rum is barely noticable. palate is full. flavor is lots of coffee and lots of hard roasted malts. good hoppy balance, wow lots of coffee, this tastes like first time i tasted a beer geek breakfast. pretty intense stuff, and totally unexpected from aarhus. beer is a little sweet , but it's manageble, sweetness probably from the rum. A fine imperial stout, crazy like in the good old days.
