Can from the brewery. Pours a completely black color that leaves a brown tint on the glass almost the way oil would. Virtually no head, and absolutely no lace. Aroma is sweet chocolate and some roast. Almost a mocha-like component as well. There's a hint of booze in the aroma and flavor, but it's rather subtle. Drinks very smooth and creamy, thick texture. Finishes a little dry. Hides the alcohol very well at 13%. Could be quite dangerous. Really excited to have had a chance to make it by for their opening, as all the beers are legit right off the bat.
