Desserts have always been a great source of inspiration for us and this one is no different!

The soft banana ester profile from the wheat beer yeast plays perfectly with the classically sweet custard and tart, candied rhubarb flavour.

Can from Chester Beer and Wine. Pours light hazy golden orange with a thick white head. Aromas of rhubarb and light wheat beer notes. Taste is sweet, jammy more than custardy. Light sharp finish.

Can thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - bright orange and neat cream head. Nose - rhubarb and plums. Not sure about custard. Taste - more rhubarb and plums. A bit jammy. Palate - close to medium bodied. Tangy middle and finish. Overall - enjoyable.
