The Gose Series is the first release of Work In Progress (WIP) - our new small-batch project which focuses on particular brewing methods, aspects or beer styles. This is our Peach Gose - the strongest of this series of three beers. The extra alcohol warmth compliments the light fruitiness of the peach. The salt and coriander balance out the sweet fruits to create a refreshing, deceptively light brew.

Bottle from the brewery online shop. Pours murky orange with a thin white head. Aromas of peach and coriander. Sharp sour note. Taste is peachy, light salt, light spice. Sweet peach dominates the finish.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - cloudy yellow to orange. Snow white head that's proportionate. Nose - peach, salt and dry green herbs. Taste - green herbs, possibly coriander seeds which is balanced out by the salty peach. Palate - light bodied, persistent length and a tight texture. Overall - nice.
