10/1/2026. Bottle at ITFC Beer share. My last bottle from CentrAle, Newcastle. Pours fine. Delightful wooded, raspberry, yeasty, hedgerow, lemon citrus aroma. Very slightly musty. Good mix of sourness and sweetness. Hint of pepper. Good body. Loved it.

Bottle from Hydrology. Pours hazy red with no head. Aromas of sour beer and wood. Light acetic. Strong raspberry. Taste is sour, more raspberry and oak. Red wine almost. Tangy finish.
