Can (4.2% ABV). Pale golden body with a light haze and an off-white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of lemon, white pepper and doughy bread. Flavour of grass, steel and elderflower. Thin to medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Bright and crisp.

Can from Appellation Wines. 6.0% abv. Pours clear golden amber with a thick white head. Aromas of light toffee and some floral notes. Taste is more of the same. Surprisingly sweet with the caramel notes. Would prefer it drier.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden amber with a big fluffy white head. Nose - citrus, light caramel and something green though not sure you could tell it was elderflower. Taste - candied lemon and definitely elderflower this time. Again, light caramel, or possibly even toffee as a backdrop. Palate -light bodied, creamy texture, bittersweet middle to finish. Overall - good, though I'd remove the caramel note if possible.
