Bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours clear dark gold at first, then I popped the yeast in from the bottle for a trad hefe vibe. persistent white head. Aromas of banana, toffee, light coconut, lemon. Taste combines these with a light spice note. Not too boozy. Pretty drinkable in fact.

Bottle from Cork & Cask. Hazy deep golden body with a thin head that fades. No visible carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of banana bread, rust and caramel. Flavour of banana, fig roll and brown sugar. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Big flavour and easy to drink for the ABV. Very nice.

Bottle thanks to Sean. Appearance - cloudy amber to brown. Big foamy off-white head. Nose - banana, nutmeg and cinnamon. Taste - more banana and nutmeg. Toffee too. Palate - close to medium bodied. Creamy texture. Decent bitterness. Overall - nice.

bottle at home... feb 2021... Light hazy amber... no head.. soft banana... Light spice nose... soft fruit.. soft sweet banana.. soft juicy fruit.. soft oily fruit
