Hazy dark yellow. No head. The aroma is fresh and bright. Apricot, peach. Orange. The flavor is weird. Chalky. Acid. Vinegar. Like actual vinegar.

0,05l from tap at MBCC blue session shared with / by the crew. Vintage 2015. light yellow rather hazy color, small white head. smells of apricots, marzipan, very light joghurt, bit grassy. nice smell. light to medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes grassy, citric, some joghurt, spices, peppery. finishes rather dry and medium sour with notes of grass, citrus and some peppery notes. nice one not so much apricots left, lacks a bit complexity (or just the fruit notes) but still very nice stuff. 7, 4, 7, 3, 15

Draught @ Mikropolis. A nice balance of funk, fruity sweetness and tartness. Notes of cheese, sour apples and apricot seeds. A lovely beer, and in a lot of ways quite simillar to Fou Foune.
