Can sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks zvikar. Black. Chili, a bit green, dates, some wood, faint infection hint, chocolate, sweet and somewhat spicy, some alcohol.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - deep brown to black. Fawn head. Nose - light smokiness and chocolate. Not much booze. Taste - smoke and chocolate again. Palate - not much booze. medium to full bodied. Creamy texture. Overall - lovely.

Can from Appellation Wines. Pours black with a thin tan head. Aromas of chocolate and light spice. Taste has light vegetal green chilli, more chocolate. Dry finish.

Can at ash's. Pours black, nose is chocolate, toffee, hint of spice, taste is rich chocolate, caramel, chewy, spicy. 3.9 Keg at ECBF. Pours depe brown, nose is chocolate, liquorice, meaty, capsicum, taste is similar, sweet, dark fruits. 4
