Can sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks zvikar. Black. Chili, a bit green, dates, some wood, faint infection hint, chocolate, sweet and somewhat spicy, some alcohol.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - deep brown to black. Fawn head. Nose - light smokiness and chocolate. Not much booze. Taste - smoke and chocolate again. Palate - not much booze. medium to full bodied. Creamy texture. Overall - lovely.

Can from Appellation Wines. Pours black with a thin tan head. Aromas of chocolate and light spice. Taste has light vegetal green chilli, more chocolate. Dry finish.
