7/12/2018. Cask at The Thirty Fifth Pig’s Ear Festival, Hackney. Pours deep mahogany brown with a bubbly beige head. Aroma of sweet toffee, lactose, milk chocolate, dark fruit, oats and malt with moderate roasting. Medium plus sweetness, moderate roasted bitterness. Medium body, smooth texture, very soft carbonation. Good brew.
