Additions of Red Rye Crystal malt give this beer its colour whilst enhancing the malt flavours to compliment the Citra and Columbus hops. Liberal amounts of dry hops during fermentation balances the initial bitterness with the classic citrus and pine aromas from these two American hops.

Bottle from Beers of Europe shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours murky red-brown with a big off-white head. Aromas of sherbet and pine. I'm going to guess light infection meaning more fermentation in the bottle than planned for. Yep. Taste is dry, funky and a little acetic.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - murky brown and massive lively head. Nose - sherbet and pine. Bready. Taste - more bread with sherbet edge to me. Vinegar at the death. Palate - light to medium bodied. Tangy. Yeast issue. Overall - possible wild yeast infection or continued fermentation in the bottle.
