Cask (gravity) @ 32th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2015, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Imperial Born Slippy ].Clear medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, fruity malt, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a average to long duration, fruity malt, pale malt, sweet malt, sharp.
