Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Appearance - a beautiful amber to red, autumnal thing. Cream head. Nose - cake mixture and dried orange. Taste - more general cakiness with a malty biscuit base. Palate - medium bodied, or approaching. Dry, crunchy finish. Overall - interesting beer.

4/5/2018. Cask at the 8 Sail Brewery Bar @ the visitors centre, Heckington. Pours amber brown with a lasting just off-white head. Aroma of hop, malt, toffee, fruit and biscuit. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. A really fresh tasty bitter.
