Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2015 [ The 40th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 8th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Bexar County / Three Blind Mice Desalmada ].Clear medium red colour with a average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing - lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, beetroot, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity, sweet malt, beetroot. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151009] 5-3-6-3-11

Tried at the 2015 Peterborough Beer Festival. pink colour with a thin white head. Slightly earthy and fruity aroma and taste, easy to drink. I didn’t realise the pink was beetroot while I drank the beer.
