Gold Ochsen Original Leicht is brewed and fermented just like Gold Ochsen Original. After 6-woechiger ripe time is extracted by a taste-careful procedure about half of the alcohol. The valuable vitamins and materials remain as does the fresh drinking benefit.

Deep golden, visible carbonation, stable off-white head; light grainy-mineralic nose, light bitter-sweet flavour; drier bitter-sweet finish.

The bottle looks not bad, like all Gold Ochsen bottles. Very much foam, but it is fast collapsing. The beer starts very zippy, but it turns stale very fast. Flavor very metallically. I didn’t like that beer.
