This New England Pale Ale is brewed with Citra Incognito, giving characteristic citrusy and tropical flavours, and dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc for gooseberry and grapefruit notes. Fermented with London Fog yeast for a velvety mouthfeel.

Made with barley and wheat and oats which contains gluten .

ABV: 5.1%. Murky matt medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, oat, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, citrus - grapefruit, fruity hops, peach, gooseberry. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration, fruity hops, citrus - grapefruit, peach, oat, wheat, gooseberry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220805]
