Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2015 [ The 40th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 8th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As 4T’s American 10 Hop ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity - fruity hops, earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity, pale malt, hop bitter, light tropical fruit - pineapple. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
