Black IPA with Simcoe, Amarillo & Colombus. Pine resin & bitter chocolate, with a mouthfeel reminiscent of chocolate brownie. All elegantly carried by a beautifully bright nose of pine, orange zest & blackberries.

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2017, day 1. Hazy pale yellow color, small to average sized white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, wheat, light citrus, a touch of yeast, typical saison flavors. I don't really get the influence of all those additives, but I like it, imo it's a straightforward saison but quite well done.

Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft @ Borefts 2017. Day 1. Hazy citrus golden. Nose is dirty funk, spoiled, flowers, chamomile, fruit, stinky. Taste is plastic, spoiled floral, spoiled floral, weird. Plastic bodied. Not my thing at all & it sounded nice coming in.

7 3 7 3 14 Draft at Borefts Beer Festival '17. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of peppery saison yeast, herbs, light spice and light citrus. Flavour is above light sweet and light moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Borefts 2017 day 1. Bit hazy pale golden with big white head. Lots of flowers, soft dough, honey, a bit of bready yeast, rosewater. Medium sweet, light bitter and a little sourness in the finish. Medium bodied.
