Black IPA with Simcoe, Amarillo & Colombus. Pine resin & bitter chocolate, with a mouthfeel reminiscent of chocolate brownie. All elegantly carried by a beautifully bright nose of pine, orange zest & blackberries.

Pretty cloudy yellowish beige beer, very small creamy white head, stable, non adhesive. Aroma: malty, grains, bit spicy, herbal. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: spicy touch, pretty dry, hoppy touch, bit metallic, bit sourish, lemony touch. Aftertaste: bit acidic, fruity, some lemon peel, yeasty touch, bit fruity.
