Botte 50 cl. Pours a clear, dark orangey brown with a small, beige head. The nose is fairly discreet. The base seems to be an amped up Brown Ale, so there's a hint of roast and oak tannins. Medium body only, dry roast and again oaky tannins while the fig puree seems to have fermented in full. Somehow it's satisfactory, that it's not overly sweet, but I believe a little more sweetness could've helped the flavours come to their full right. Ends dry with a slight bitterness. 150420
