Bottle from Voldby. 3.7 % ABV. Clear dark golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light grainy and light hoppy - old hops. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 080421

Draught @ Ølmejeriet, Stilling. Pours hazy golden with a small offwhite head. Aroma of malt, light flowers, sweet fruit. Flavor is sweet, malt, flowers, sweet fruit. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet finish. 120920

[ As Ølmejeriet FAD 1 - Frokostøl ].
ABV: 3.7%. Clear medium to light amber colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, grain, light cereal. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, cereal, sweet malt, sugary, straw, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20200829]

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with a small and creamy off-white head. Lovely citrusy hop aroma. Body is light and malty but far from watery. Slightly fruity, extremely soft on the palate, hardly any bitterness. I find the 42 IBU hard to believe! But definitely one of the best Lunch beers I have ever tried. Flavorful and you actually feel that you're drinking a beer. Well done. 080620
