ABV: 5.4%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, apple, moderate yeasty, saison yeast - estery. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, what, apple, saison yeast, peppery - black pepper. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20191221]

On tap at Broaden & Build, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with black pepper, rustic saison yeast, estery notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is full of pepper upfront, with estery notes, biscuity malt, and earthy notes. Peppery and somewhat estery. Not so great.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow, white head. Aroma is estery, fruity. Medium dry. Bubblegum. Estery. Edium dry and light herbal finish.
