Bottle 33cl. Pours an almost clear, deep reddish amber with an off-white head. Somewhat caramellish aroma with faint hint of hops. Medium body, very smooth and soft on the palate. Caramel and toffee but not really sweet. Subdued balancing hops. More Red Ale than APA. 010821

ABV: 5.8%. Clear medium yellow - amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus - fruity hops, light orange. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, fruity malt, caramel, malty, hop bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200802]

Il gusto al naso ritrova il floreale. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma abbondante ha una persistenza lunga. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è abbondante. L'aspetto del liquido è nuvoloso. Le bollicine sono fini. La carbonazione è abbondante, persistente ed insistita. Il colore è ambrato carico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate. L'aroma in bocca riporta sentori di miele, agrumi e frutta secca.
