Bottle 50 cl. Hazy golden with a white head. Yeasty aroma with what seems like diacetyl lurking underneath. Medium body, sweet fruitiness, yeasty and minerally with a bitter finish. Phenollic. Dryhopped with British hops, the label explains. There really should be a law against such stupidity. 030821

Bottled. A golden beer with lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of elderflowers, yeast, spices, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of elderflowers, straw, yeast, fruit, and malt, leading to a dry finish.

ABV: 6.6%. Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, moderate yeasty, belgian yeast, sweet yeast, elderflowers, leather - saison yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, elderflowers, leather, yeast bitter, sharp, saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is lively. [20200723]
