ABV: 6.5%. Light cloudy medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, floral, earthy, light farmyard. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, salty, minerals, wheat, yeast, grapes - apple, medium dry, floral. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. IMO: Easy going .. nose is quit good .. but let a bit down by the flavor, and do not work if you get the bottom yeast in you glass, then it gets much sharper and is not balanced any longer. Bottle 75 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque, dark golden with a fizzy, dissipating white head. Dry, funky aroma with loads of Brett - and Acetobacter? Body is medium, soft, fruity, some initial sweetness and yet a late mouthdrying tartness with a moldy touch. We're in Belgian Sour territory although we're far from the complexity and sourness of a Lambic. Interesting. 041219

Flavor is mildly sour, malt, yeast, fruit, grapes, white wine. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, light acidic finish. 020219

Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren, 6.8%. Hazy golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast, lemon and funk. Flavour is malt, fruit, yeast, lemon, citric, medium sweet, funk, sour, grapefruit and medium dry.
