[ As Urban Chicken Ale Take Me to the Circus ].Clear dark red brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, roasted, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, hoppy, dark malt.
