440ml can from Middle Farm, Firle. Poured almost black in colour with a short-lived, frothy tan head. The aroma is roasted malt and coffee. The flavour is moderate sweet and liquorice bitter, with a smooth, somewhat rich, roasty, dry coffee, light chocolate, sweet vanilla palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
