Draft at the Belgian Cafe, Eastbourne. Poured a slightly hazy yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is yeasty, big mango. The flavour is light sour, with a dry, yeasty, earthy, mango, light floral palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

5/6/2023. Draught at The Belgian Cafe, Eastbourne. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is soapy, mango pip, floral, mango sorbet. Tangy mango taste, medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, light tartness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Too soapy.
