Met een flits van kleur en een vleugje bravoure spoot hij op een middag zijn meesterwerk: een ode aan het frisse, hoppige blonde bier dat de stad net zo'n brutaal karakter gaf als hijzelf.

Dorada de espuma blanca poco duradera. Aroma escaso, malteado, levadura belga. En boca presentaun amargor moderado creciente y un agradable paso en boca, bien de gas, cuerpo moderado, y buen sabor de base malteada y contrapunto lupulado con notas de naranja y especiadas.

A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of ripe stone fruits, apricot, mirabelles. Taste of dry juicy hops, stone fruits, apricot, mirabelles, moderate bitterness.

330ml can. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Pale malty and slightly floral, hoppy, minimally yeasty fruity aroma, a touch of petals, whiffs of banana. Taste is bitter, floral hoppy and minimally yeasty fruity, pale malty basis with subtle residual sweetness, hints of petals, a touch of banana.
Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation.
Clean, focussed - decent.

Geprobeerd met LiekevdV en Roelzie op het Nederlands Speciaalbier Festival in den Bosch. Het is een troebel oranje geel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van perzik, abrikozen en hop. De smaak is vol fruitig, zacht zoet en hoppig.

Draft at Taplokaal Gist, Utrecht. Poured a hazy golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is yeasty, herbal, light woody hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a somewhat light, crisp, dry, mineral, earthy, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
