A couple of weeks ago, Will and Fazz came by Attic to help us brew 23 Knots, a keg 5.5% IPA, which is named after the fastest speed the ship, Titanic, ever hit.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a hazy golden colour with an everlasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, fresh, earthy, light herbal, floral, light citrus, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
