Tap at Sommar, Waterloo St, Birmingham. Light hazed gold with small white head, good retention. Quite hoppy even for a pilsner and certainly interesting but not sure the balance is top notch. There is a floral and slightly dank weed notes with biscuit, bread and paper like malts that clash somewhat. Nice bitterness and crisp carbonation though.
