Draft at SG Taps, Singapore. Poured a slightly hazy medium to light amber colour with an everlasting frothy white head. The aroma is big yuzu! The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a somewhat light, but overpowering yuzu, floral hop palate. I kinda like yuzu but this is like drinking pure fruit which isn’t so great. The flavour needs to be a lot more subtle than this.
